No problem! We provide full training to help you learn how to measure and install custom-made Security screens, Retractable fly screens, Plantation shutters, blinds, Privacy screens, and gates. About the role

Join our team as a Trainee Installer in the Greater Brisbane region and kickstart your career with full training provided! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the home improvement industry. Based preferably on the north side of Brisbane, you’ll work under guidance to develop hands-on skills and deliver excellent customer service.

• Location: Covering the Greater Brisbane region

• Appointments: Attend scheduled customer appointments arranged by our team

• Training Focus: Learn to check and measure custom screens, blinds, gates, and shutters

• Order Process: Assist in ordering customer-made screens, blinds, gates, and shutters

• Installation: Train to install custom-made screens, blinds, gates, and shutters with support from experienced team members

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Technology: Use mobile-based software to manage tasks

• Compliance: Follow company processes and procedures

• Preferred Base: North side of Brisbane

No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering quality results!

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in following processes and utilizing computer and mobile applications.

• Prior experience in a trade environment beneficial

• Demonstrated an exception eye to detail

• Ability to problem-solve independently on-site

• Availability for Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm work hours.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Hold a full, current driver's license and a clear police check.
