We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Melbourne team. In this full-time role, you’ll recruit high-calibre professionals for a variety of project delivery and consulting roles, including BAs, PMs, Change Managers, and Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Industry (Account) Managers and Practice Executives to understand client requirements and internal resourcing needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with consulting needs.
- Source candidates using Seek Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, referrals, and your personal network.
- Write and post tailored job advertisements for open roles and pipeline building.
- Conduct thorough phone screens, interviews, salary negotiations, and reference checks.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment life cycle, maintaining clear communication and a strong candidate experience.
- Align internal consultants to upcoming project opportunities based on skills, availability, and client needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for project delivery and consulting roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of key consulting roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, Scrum Masters, and Solution Architects.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and internal ATS systems.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers.
- High attention to detail and commitment to managing confidential information with integrity.
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly regarded.
- A team player mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
