As the Sydney Studio Manager, you will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring that our studio runs like a well-oiled machine while providing an outstanding front-of-house experience. What You'll DoStudio Experience Be the face of the studio, delivering a warm professional welcome to staff and guests. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the go-to person for all front-of-house interactions. Enhance the studio experience by anticipating needs and implementing feedback mechanisms. Maintain a showcase-standard studio presentation, overseeing meeting rooms and common areas. Day-to-Day Operations Drive operational efficiency by optimising back-of-house processes. Coordinate facilities and studio maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for seamless transitions. Studio Communications and Events Manage studio-wide communications and support the Studio Leader with presentations. Collaborate with the Studio Host to plan and execute engaging internal and external events. Administrative and Travel Coordination Arrange travel bookings and manage logistics for industry events. Ensure compliance with financial policies by reconciling studio-related expenses. Maintain essential operational resources, keeping the Studio Life Guide and Studio Manual up to date. HSE and Wellbeing Representative Lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing. Organise wellbeing activities and foster a positive work environment. Studio Team Leadership Inspire and guide the studio team, fostering inclusivity and collaboration. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and encourage feedback. About YouA passion for customer experience with a background in front-of-house operations.Proven administrative skills in a large office environment.Solutions-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder interaction.Proficiency in technology tools and software used by Architectus.Experience in event planning and a knack for managing time and tasks autonomously.A keen understanding of commercial awareness and business objectives.
