Service & Warranty Inspector

This is a challenging and exciting role to work with our Service & Warranty Team as a Service & Warranty Inspector. The successful candidate will be inspecting sites within the Wide Bay Region!

Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Complete Service & Warranty Inspections as per standard procedures and process;Qualify defects, disqualify non defects and create scope of works for repairs with cost estimate;Complete Ad hoc Site Inspections for active jobs;Providing written assessments on all inspections;Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures; andFostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have: Completion of relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma or of Trade Qualified background;Experience (3-5 years) in the Building/Construction Industry (preferably within the Volume New Home environment);Strong project management skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, WHS regulations and QA systems;A Customer Focus, Exceptional Communication and Conflict Resolution skills; andCompetent using MS Office suite & confident at using IT systems and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
