Background We represent one of Australia's leading healthcare organisations who are looking for a commercial lawyer to join their in-house legal team, on an initial 3 month engagement. The Role This role involves generalist corporate commercial legal work, including general contract reviews, supplier agreements, assisting on general business transactions, and providing general legal, compliance and governance support. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7+ years PAE, and experience in either a financial services or insurance background would be ideal, but is not a deal breaker. About You Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer with 7+ years' Post Admission Experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience dealing with commercial contracts;Excellent communication skills;The ability to work in a team environment and make commercial decisions in a legal context;Collaborative working style, strong communication skills;Have advanced drafting skills; andBe adaptable, flexible and commercial in your approach.
