Senior HR Advisor Location: Melbourne’s North/West
Salary: Up to $100,000 (inclusive of Super) – Full-Time Equivalent
Work Arrangement: Flexible – Part-time (3-4 days per week) or Full-time

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Miller Leith is partnering with a reputable organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their dynamic team.
This role combines strategic HR advisory responsibilities with operational hands-on support, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and fast-paced business.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide expert HR advisory services to a workforce exceeding 150 employees, covering employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
  • Manage the complete employment life cycle, including 360 recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and reflect industry best practices.
  • Offer guidance on complex industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and awards.
  • Oversee compliance-related HR tasks, such as medicals, police checks, and contract management.
  • Support workforce planning, payroll tracking, and validation in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Drive HR process improvements and contribute to broader projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • A degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Advisory role.
  • Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end employment life cycle, including recruitment, policy development, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations, with experience in EBAs and complex awards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • High attention to detail and experience in handling HR documentation and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive and independent approach, coupled with the ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Immediate availability for interviews and commencement.
