Senior Architect

We are seeking a experienced Associate Architect to join a multi-disciplinary firm based in Sydney. This role has a focus on long-term succession planning, offering an opportunity for career growth and leadership development. 

• Lead and mange multiple residential projects, particularly in the early design stages. 
• Oversee projects from concept through to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 
• Provide technical resolution and coordinate documentation. 
• Drive project delivery and mentor junior team members. 
• Work closely with high-profile clients and internal teams to achieve project goals.  

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on residential projects. 
• Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle. 
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
