ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence across SVPHM. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will deliver accurate, high-quality insights to senior stakeholders, empowering strategic decisions through business analysis, budget formulation, monthly reporting, and finance administration. With your sharp focus on data integrity and attention to detail, you will own key accounting processes, oversee Assistant Accountants, and maintain governance of accounting policies and procedures. Your deep understanding of accounting standards, reconciliations, and the Private Hospital industry will be essential to support strategic planning and deliver robust annual budgets. You will champion continuous improvement in management information, ensuring that data across systems remains accurate, reliable, and aligned. As a trusted resource for executives, senior leaders, and department heads, you will be pivotal in shaping the future commercial success of the organisation.
