Sales and Business Development Executive

Oversee the sale and supply of materials, sign systems and displays (PVC vinyl and non-PVC film constructions); work with customers to increase knowledge and usage of such materials; increase Spandex market share.

Manage, maintain, and grow the on-going relationship with designated account base and increase that account base over time.

• Manage, maintain, and grow the on-going relationship with designated account base and increase that account base over time.
• Actively seek prospective clients and sales opportunities by generating interest from our extensive product portfolio offering.
• Understand the competitive landscape, have knowledge of all competitive offerings and give feedback to management.
• Negotiate deals based on market opportunities.
• Implement and execute strong call cycle plans with our customer database, incorporating growth targets, distribution advantages, promotions and relevant solution offers.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives when required.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with the greater sales, customer service and warehouse teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor degree + 3 years relevant work experience required
• Alternatively, a total of 5 years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
