We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our Southport store, ensuring smooth operations, top-notch customer service, and strong sales performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and are all about creating a standout in-store experience, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):

• Keeping the store running smoothly—think organization, efficiency, and good vibes!

• Leading, training, and motivating a great team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Managing inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly and looking its best.

• Tracking sales, hitting targets, and making sure we’re always improving.

• Handling store reporting and sales analysis like a pro.

• Using Lightspeed POS for sales processing, reporting, and inventory management.

• Bringing your passion for fitness and wellness to every shift.

What We’re Looking For:

🌟 Retail Rockstar – You’ve got experience in store management or leadership and know how to run the show.
🌟 POS Pro – Lightspeed POS experience is a must (you’ll be using it daily!)
🌟 Team Motivator – You know how to train, inspire, and keep your team engaged.
🌟 Problem-Solver – When challenges pop up, you tackle them head-on.
🌟 Industry Experience – Experience in activewear or female fashion is a big plus!
🌟 Fitness Enthusiast – You love the active lifestyle and want to be part of a brand that promotes it.
