Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Permanent Consultant to join our vibrant team and manage a warm portfolio of clients in the real estate space.

The Role:

• Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• Managing candidates throughout their job search and career journeys
• Conducting interviews, screening, and compliance with a people-first approach
• Writing engaging job ads and crafting standout candidate profiles
• Actively sourcing top talent via database searches and networking
• Promoting exciting job opportunities to the right people
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs that lead to success
• Always being on the lookout for leads, conversations, and connections
