Tasks & responsibilities

This position has following responsibilities and job duties:
 Read and interpret construction plans, dimensions and notes
 Erect different types of scaffolding, beams and composite beams
 Construct eaves, including the cutting and fixing of fascias and barges
 Install and replace windows
 Install and replace door unit frames
 Install lining, paneling and moulding
 Install edging
 Install curtain walling framework
 Install supporting framework for fixtures and flashings associated with the wet areas
 Construct wall frames of both load bearing and non-load bearing frames of timber and metal
 Construct and erect ceiling frames to accommodate ceiling joists, hanging beams, strutting
