You’ll be joining a tight-knit, well-respected property management team, backed by hands-on Directors who genuinely care about your success. Plus, you’ll be managing a boutique, easy-to-maintain portfolio — so you can focus on quality over quantity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Coordinating inspections (ingoings, outgoings, and routines)
• Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and tenants
• Organising maintenance and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Rent reviews, lease renewals & all the bits in between
• Supported every step of the way with full leasing & admin support

Who You Are:

• Experienced in property management 
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional presence
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration
• Has a reliable car & valid driver’s license
• A natural people person who genuinely enjoys building rapport and solving problems
