Production Coordinator / Purchasing

We are a well established market leader in the Promotional Products Industry based in Castle Hill. A position has become available for an experienced Purchasing/Production Coordinator ideally from the Promotional Product industry, who understands print decoration and can organise local production of client orders with our print suppliers smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

• Raising and monitoring purchase orders from creation to delivery to the client.

• Ordering stock from Supplier online portals.

• Checking artwork against client branding guidelines and sign off.

• Ensuring that all client orders are completed in the required time frame.

• Ensuring that the quality of the finished product is to our required high standards.

• Coordinating branding and delivery from multiple suppliers at the one-time to meet delivery deadlines.

• Coordinating with our Warehouse team, courier booking and monitoring client deliveries.

The ideal applicant must have the following:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a print production / purchasing role

• Experience and sound knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill level.

• High attention to detail with creative thinking.

• Well-organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated with strong drive.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

You will require:

• A confident, outgoing, and happy disposition

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• High attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.

• Able to work autonomously, practically and with initiative finding solutions to everyday production challenges.

Hours in our office at Castle Hill:

• Monday to Friday

• 9.00am to 5.00pm
