Task & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance departments to ensure operational coherence.
- Organize, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide customer service support.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety standards.
Qualification & Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
