Nursing Facilitator

The role:
We are looking for experienced Nursing Facilitator to work with students on contracts within the Public and Private Health setting.
Primarily based in facilities across the Greater Sydney Metro area with some Rural and Interstate travel. You will be working with students to help them meet the objectives of undertaking PEP experiences as an assessment component of their program.

Essential Criteria:
•Current AHPRA registration
•Degree in Nursing or Midwifery or evidence equivalent experience relevant
•Evidence of completion of Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Modules - via University of Melbourne or equivalent
•Experience in interpreting, developing and applying policies and procedures efficiently and effectively to workplace operations that are inclusive of team
•Australian Work Rights
•Police Check and Working with Children Check
•Vaccination Record

Skills & Expertise:
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgement with regard to the release of information on confidential matters and issues
•A high level of analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and resources.
•A high level of oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, deliver effective and appropriately responsive customer service, and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
•Interest in developing and supporting student education and experience during their PEP.
