Job title: Night Shift Mechanical Fitter

Location: Murarrie QLD

Salary: up to $50/hr + Super + shift loading + overtime

Work hours: M-F, 8 hrs/day
Night 10pm-6am

About the role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs to our processing lines.

Responsibilities:

• Strong proactive approach to Maintenance.
• Carry out Preventative Maintenance and Inspections as per defined work schedule.
• Attend to breakdowns in timely manner and use process tools for problem solving. (RCA, 5WHYs, Fishbone) 

Qualifications and Skills

• Recognized mechanical Trade Qualifications with experience preferably in a FMCG Environment.
• Strong diagnostic / trouble-shooting experience gained in a Hi-volume manufacturing or process environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drive Processes and Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Pneumatic Systems.
• Familiar with CMMS (SAP/ MEX) and MS office tools.
