Mechanic/Hose Repair

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated mechanic willing to upskill into a Hydraulic Hose Repair Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing, and replacing hydraulic hoses for various applications. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose hydraulic hose issues and determine the best repair solutions.
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings.
• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hydraulic hose repair or a related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.

• Full-Time work 38hrs per week Mon-Fri, with overtime available some Saturdays

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Hydraulic hose experience is preferable however training can be provided for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to Troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively 
• Effective communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers

We are a small family owned and operated Hydraulic Hose repair business located in Caboolture with 3 service vehicles and our onsite workshop. Hydraulic Hosefixers offers its services to the greater Caboolture area including Deception Bay, Bribie Island, and Wamuran.
