Your Role As Head of People & Culture (P&C), you will lead the P&C team and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive culture and organisational success.
Key focuses:
- Develop and embed the P&C strategy, aligned with organisational goals;
- Monitor, evaluate and report on P&C initiatives to enhance organisational culture, engagement, processes and systems;
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, utilising your expertise to coach, advise and influence;
- Lead and motivate your team, identifying opportunities to leverage strengths and build capability;
- Project manage continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with organisational strategy, engaging and educating your audience to successfully deliver long term benefits.
About You A purpose led P&C leader, you are pragmatic and enthusiastic about delivering solutions that enable the workforce to achieve organisational goals.
Additionally, you bring:
- Demonstrated success in managing the delivery of both strategic and tactical people initiatives, ideally within member based or customer focused organisations;
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
- Strong experience in providing comprehensive HR advice relating to policies and procedures, employment legislation and industrial instruments;
- High leadership capability, able to inspire, coach and manage as needed;
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
