The Role: Head Chef
Package:

Take the reins of a dynamic kitchen in a seaside hotel. You'll be the creative force behind a menu that celebrates fresh, local ingredients—especially succulent seafood—while leading a small, dedicated team of 3–4 kitchen staff.

Your Responsibilities Include:
• Leading all kitchen operations with confidence and care
• Designing seasonal menus and daily specials
• Managing stock, costings, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Rostering and hands-on staff training
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Enhancing the guest experience through quality food and service

What You’ll Need:
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Head or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
