Brecken Health is seeking a passionate and experienced General Practitioner to join our team at Leschenault Medical Centre. Our well known medical centre has a large, established patient base and consistently high demand for appointments has us looking for another GP.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to a diverse range of individuals.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, from acute illnesses to chronic diseases.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health providers.
- Promote health and wellness through patient education and preventative care initiatives.
