About the role

We are seeking experienced full-time Spare Parts sales assistants to join our team at Autobarn Churchill in Prospect, SA 5082. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to support our customers' automotive needs.

What you'll be doing

• Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles

• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers

• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions efficiently

• Maintain the store's inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and organised

• Support the team in carrying out daily store operations and tasks

• Contribute to a positive and customer-focused work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of automotive parts and accessories

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task effectively

• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
