Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendant – Hills District

About the Role/s

As a front of house team member at the Hills District, you are the face of our business - so the ability to smile and make guests feel welcome is essential!

The right role for you will depend on your previous experience and area of interest. If you don't have experience that's also fine as we have a robust training system that will get you up to speed fast.

Your Tasks & Duties include

• Greeting and seating guests
• Cleaning, clearing & resetting tables
• Taking orders and making payments
• Preparing beverages and cocktails
• Washing and restocking glassware
• Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues

Note: You must also be available to work on weekends, nights and public holidays. 

Skills & Experience required

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA)
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) - Gaming positions only
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible roster
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
• Cash handling experience including reconciling takings
• Ability to work in a diverse team in a high pressure environment
• Ability to create a positive, team atmosphere

Note: Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required for specialist positions
