EXPERIENCED CONCRETERS

MARKSCON specialise in high-end multi-unit apartment developments, as well as commercial office, retail and industrial complexes. Currently we undertake projects in value between $30 and $90 million for reputable clients. 

Your application will be looked on favourably if you have previous commercial concreting experience and can start immediately.

The need has arisen for full time Concrete Screeders & Finishers to increase the concrete arm of our Team.

We are looking for concreters with strong skills who can screed all day and finish to join our team immediately:

Candidates must be able to:

• Complete a quality finish to concrete by hand, screed and machine.

• Concrete stairs and kerbs.

• Operate a ride-on machine.

• Own hand tools.

• Concrete patching when required.

• Complete concrete preparation and reinforcement installation at times.

We require 

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a screeder in commercial concreting.

• Sound knowledge of the building industry.

• Must have own PPE and Tools.

• Must have own transport and be able to work at multiple locations around Melbourne.

• Ability to work well in a team environment, be flexible and follow instructions.

Qualifications – compulsory:

• Construction White card
