The Company:

Sirromet Wines is a world-class wine production facility, restaurant, function and event space nestled in the hills of Mount Cotton, just 30 minutes from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. With enchanting views and award-winning experiences, we’re inviting energetic and reliable casual housekeepers to join us for an event like no other. This is your chance to work behind the scenes of one of our most enchanting events of the year while helping us deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

The Role:
As part of our Housekeeping team at Sanctuary by Sirromet, you’ll help keep our glamping-style accommodation and event areas sparkling clean and guest-ready. With increased visitation during this magical event, we need extra hands on deck to maintain the high standards we’re known for.

This is a casual role, ideal for someone looking for short-term work across a 7-day roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays (penalty rates apply under the award).

Duties will include:

• General housekeeping of guest tents and event facilities

• Maintaining cleanliness across accommodation and public spaces

• Assisting with guest requests and early/late check-in coordination

• Supporting the wider Sirromet team with cleaning duties as required

• Ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Housekeeping experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards

• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

• Excellent communication and presentation

• Reliable with own transport (no public transport available)

• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

• Positive attitude and team player vibe

• Right to work in Australia
