We are seeking several experienced nursery room Early Childhood Educators with preferably Montessori experience to join our team at Preston Campus with potential permanent Part-Time opportunities.

Job Description:
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
Part-Time opportunities available
Preferably 5 days
Essential Skills and Experience:
Cert III or Diploma qualification.
Relevant work experience is highly advantageous.
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment and to work flexibly, both within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.
A thorough knowledge of children’s development and ability to observe, plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate children’s programs.
