About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care and assistance to individuals living with disabilities. Your role may include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Supporting clients to participate in community, social, and recreational activities

• Helping to build independence and confidence through skill development

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in client needs or behaviors

• Collaborating with families, allied health professionals, and other team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in disability support or a similar role (preferred but not essential)

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

• A current First Aid and CPR certificate

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for supporting others
