About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist oversees the optimisation of the company's website, ensuring it reflects current industry standards and supports seamless user experiences. By leveraging expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing, the incumbent develops and implements strategies to improve organic traffic, optimise paid campaigns, and maximise ROI.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning;
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimisation of the website to ensure functionality, user experience, and alignment with SEO best practices;
  • Optimise digital content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic through effective SEO techniques;
  • Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and achieve performance metrics;
  • Create, and optimise content across digital platforms including website, social media, and email newsletters to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility; and
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to foster innovative digital solutions.
The Ideal Candidate

Along with being a team-player, you will ideally have;

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and SEO within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries;
  • Expertise in CMS platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (HubSpot CRM), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager);
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot);
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively;
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels; and
  • If you are creatively minded and can navigate changes in Adobe Creative Suite, that would be an added bonus!
