Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service
• Preparing and cooking food.
• Assist Chef and Managers in planning menus and estimate food requirements 
• Portioning food and presenting food on serving dishes to ensure proper presentation
• Cook food and work by strictly adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards and regulations at all times. 

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience as a Cook- At least 1 year Full time
• At Least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management preferably via Australian Studies.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
