Bring your experience as a Product Manager to drive simple and intuitive experiences for customers and colleaguesWork cross-functionally in an agile environment to drive strategic business outcomesYou’ll join a high-performing business, backing talentedindividuals As a Product Manager in Business Lending Products, you will Support the day to day management of the Commercial and Specialised Lending product suite and the design & delivery of change initiatives that support the B&PB strategy, optimise financial returns and enable market leading customer proposition.Represent the voice of the customer and keep this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo.Work with areas across B&PB & CIB, representing the Business Lending Products as key product SME; and work across a range of initiatives including product enhancements, supporting business lending portfolio growth, improving customer experience, supporting remediation programs.Undertake annual product review evaluating product performance, portfolio trends, product positioning, customer complaints, banker feedback.Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.Develop and maintain effective product collateral, banker tools, product guides, product house. What You'll Bring Proven experience working as a Product Manager with exceptional knowledge of Business Lending products, systems, processes and credit policy.Previous experience in Business or Corporate Lending, for instance deal structuring, credit, frontline, operations is preferred.Strong knowledge and experience in Product Management within Banking, preferably Business Lending.Demonstrated understanding of regulatory and compliance environment.Proven experience in delivering consistent results in a large complex business; and experience working in an agile environment.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to influence outcomes.Strong problem solving & analytical skills coupled with delivery and change management experience.
