The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Estimator to join a dynamic and fast-growing business. Based in Caboolture, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for civil and structural projects, managing procurement, and assisting in the preparation of tender documentation. You will also play a key role in developing construction methodologies, project schedules, and monitoring costs throughout project delivery. This role offers exposure to a wide range of civil projects and the opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing success.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project/Construction Management, along with at least six years of experience in the civil construction industry. Previous experience as a Civil Estimator within mid-tier contractors in NSW, QLD, or NT will be highly regarded. Strong project planning skills, proficiency in MS Project, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Most importantly, you will be a motivated, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
