Task & Responsibilities
An educator with strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to complete written documentation
collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance.
support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service.
Confidence in approaching and talking to fellow educators and parents.
An enthusiastic, motivated team player who is creative, reliable and honest.
An educator with a passion for children and education and a hunger for career development.
Strong knowledge of all responsibilities associated with being a nominated supervisor to manage the service in accordance with Education and
Care Services National Law Act and Regulations.
Qualification & Experience
We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:
Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with 2 years of work experience related to the position.
Current Blue Card or Exemption Card
Current First Aid and CPR – desirable
