The Business is looking to hire a dedicated barber to consult with clients and ensure that all their hair related needs are taken careof. We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time employee for position barber/hairdresser who has had a minimum of 1 years working in the industry. Salary of$73,000 to $79000 + super for this full-time position.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Shampooing and conditioning hair.
- Colouring, straightening, and perming hair with chemical solutions
- Cutting and styling hair with scissors and trimmers such as skin fade, taper fade, lowskin fade etc.
- Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches
- Keep up to date with current hairdressing trends, techniques, and products and make recommendations to clients.
- Cleaning work areas and sanitising all the tools. Arranging appointments and collecting payments

Qualifications & experience
- At least 1-year recent experience barbering or hairdressing
- A strong commitment to safety
- A willingness to learn and develop skillets.
- Experience with the latest men’s hair cutting and beard styles such as fades and beard sculpting.
- Experience in straight razor shaving and moustache styling.
- Sound oral communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude Physically fit and healthy.
- Attention to detail.
- A view to long term employment and career prospects.
