A remarkable opportunity is available for a highly motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) with expert clinical skills in caring for the cardiovascular patient to join the leadership team in a private hospital in Melbourne. There are both full-time and part-time options available for that position.
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the Cath Lab;
- Participating in team nursing for patients admitted to the Cath lab or post-procedure in PACU;
- Working collaboratively within the cardiovascular healthcare setting;
- Maintaining a professional relationship and working comfortably within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Nursing;
- Post Graduate qualifications in Cardiovascular Nursing or working towards the same;
- Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products;
- Proficiency in email software and electronic communication;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing acute situations in a rapidly changing environment;
- Willingness to undertake further studies or to pursue other self-development activities.
