• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (if applicable)

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent

• Police clearances (NPC)

• NDIS Orientation and NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Drivers Licence and insured reliable vehicle

• Current Certificate of competencies or evidence of booking to complete

  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Patient Safety Certificates

  • Medication and Behaviour management

• Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Assist Personal Activities High

  • Assist Life Stages, transition

  • Assist Personal Activities

  • Assist Travel / Transport

  • Community Nursing Care

  • Daily tasks/shared living

  • Therapeutic Supports (Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Speech Therapist, all other Allied Health Professionals)
