We specialise in windscreen replacement, ADAS camera calibration, side and machinery glass replacement, and chip repairs. With a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and customer service, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to support the financial operations of our growing business.

Task & responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices for windscreen glass, adhesives, and calibration equipment.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Allocate expenses to relevant cost centres (e.g., mobile service jobs, mine site repairs, ADAS calibration) for tracking profitability.
- Maintain and update financial records for purchases, job costs, inventory, and wages.
- Summarise costs and prepare reports on budgets, variances, and profit/loss calculations.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance with financial regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff to resolve account queries promptly.
Qualification & experience
- Certificate III in Business/Accounts Administration or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (experience may substitute for formal qualifications).
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with ability to work independently in a small business environment.
