You'll work across three core functions to ensure timely, safe, and effective access to mental health support. You will complete telephone triage and intake assessments, respond to consumers presenting to the Emergency Department in crisis, and deliver short-term, evidence-based care through the Acute Response Team. This role also includes engaging with families and carers, and supporting referrals to the most appropriate internal or external services based on consumer needs.
